Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Designed around one idea: just show me what I haven't done in a while.

Workout Queue

Exercises sort automatically by urgency. The most overdue appears first — no planning, no spreadsheets, no decision fatigue.

Visual Urgency

A color strip shifts green → yellow → red the longer since you last trained. The state of your entire routine, at a glance.

Full Exercise Control

Add, rename, and describe exercises. Set custom yellow and red thresholds per exercise. Log workouts for any date and edit your history.

5-Second Undo

Logged the wrong exercise? A countdown button lets you reverse it instantly. No buried menus, no confirmation dialogs.

Optional Anonymous Sync

Sync between devices with a QR code scan. Completely free, no email, no name, just an anonymous ID. You choose if and when to use it.

Light, Dark & System Theme

Full dark mode support. Follows your system preference automatically, or set it manually. Looks good either way.

How it works

Three steps. No tutorial required.

01

Add your exercises

Name them, describe them, set urgency thresholds. Add as many or as few as you want.

02

Log your workouts

One tap to record a session. Log for today or any past date. Edit or delete any time.

03

Follow the queue

Open the app. The most overdue exercise is at the top in red. Work down the list. That's it.

The Process is exactly what I wanted a workout app to be: simple, private, and completely out of my way. No tracking, no ads. Just the process.

— Johan, creator

Privacy by design

Not a policy document. Just how the app actually works.

No account required

Install and use immediately. There's no sign-up flow because there's nothing to sign up for.

Local by default

Your workout data lives on your device. Nothing is sent to a server unless you choose to sync, and then only to an anonymous account.

No ads, ever

The app is free and open source. There's no business model built around showing you things you didn't ask for.

Sync is anonymous

Cross-device sync uses an anonymous account made of a random ID and a secret key. No email, no name, no profile.

Used sync and want out? Delete your account and every bit of synced data, any time. No questions asked.
