Delete my account

Permanently delete your anonymous sync account and all workout data stored on api.theprocesstracker.com. There's no email to confirm and nothing to recover afterwards.

Feedback you sent separately and short-lived hashed IP rate-limit records are not linked to your account and are not affected. Server log entries that mention your account ID are removed as the logs rotate. See the privacy policy.

Where to find your credentials

  1. Open The Process on a device that is linked to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings tab and scroll to the sync section.
  3. Copy the GUID, then tap Reveal secret and copy the secret.

If you still have the app, you can also just tap Delete account there. Both the GUID and the secret are required — the GUID alone is not enough, so nobody can delete your account without access to one of your devices.
